Jam Gadang

Jam Gadang is landmark of Bukittinggi. It's a big clock tower and it  location is at Pasar Atas market, center of Bukittinggi city. It was built in 1926 by Dutch Colonial. It was 26 meters height.

Jam Gadang is one of Bukittinggi tourism icon, because it's design and size unique. This clock using roman numerals and number 4 in this clock also unique, because in roman numerals number 4 is IV, but in this clock IIII. The reason for this still mystery until now.

This clock attracting many people to come and see the unique of this city landmark.
